Keep Trump Out of Canada?

Time to protest Trump crossing ogr border to attend the G7.

Normally you cannot enter or stay in Canada if you are inadmissible. A convicted felon like Donald Trump is inadmissible to Canada according to our law.

With our significant increases investment in enhanced border security, to satisfy Mr. Trump, it's ironic that, according to our Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and its regulations outline he is inadmissible to Canada.

WHY IS TRUMP INADMISSIBLE TO CANADA?

Who is inadmissible to Canada, included individuals with certain criminal records, which would include felonies. Felons are generally deemed inadmissible due to their conviction of a crime that would be considered an indictable offense in Canada.

However, there are ways of overcoming your criminal inadmissibility.

THE LOOPHOLE

If you are inadmissible, you may become admissible again if you satisfy an immigration or border services officer that you meet the legal requirements to be deemed rehabilitated; 🤣 and apply for individual rehabilitation and get approved; or receive a pardon or record suspension. 🤔

Should we require the President of the United States to Pardon himself for his convictions so he can cross our border? No. That would create a terrible precident for the Rule of Law in America.🤭

I write this more for satire/sarcasm, in the spirit of Elbows Up and asserting our sovereignty.

THE REAL WORLD

A crook may also be offered a temporary resident permit if the reason to travel to Canada is considered justified in the circumstances; and you do not pose a risk because of your inadmissibility.

Visits considered justified could include family emergencies or business conferences. Pleasure trips are normally not considered justified in the circumstances.

I suppose the President of the United States attending the G7 would be considered a “justifiable circumstance.” Besides I'm sure the other G6 want to give Trump a piece of their minds and a talking to over his tariffs tirades.

Who knows, it may be TACO TIME FOR TRUMP at the G7. For those of you who don't know the TACO reference, it's a nickname Wall Street tagged on Mr. Trump. It's over his irrational erratic tariff temper tantrums. It's an anagram for Trump Always Chickens Out.

So let the felon into Canada under the justified circumstances exemption. Besides we will want to protest his presence while he's here.
